We have complete confidence in our Jellyu products and know you'll love your results. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied, follow the steps below for a full, hassle-free refund.

Glass Glow Masks: 

1.) Take a photo of your face before applying the mask, with a watch next to it so we can see the time.
2.) Take a photo every 30 minutes for a total time of 4 hours ( 8 pictures ) where we see the process of the mask and watch next to your face so we can see the time
3.) Take a video of yourself taking out the mask

If you don't see your face glowing after the first use, you can get a full refund if you are unsatisfied with the results. You will have to ship back the unopened masks for a full refund.
